Description

The Zebra ZD621 premium desktop printer has been designed with sustainable quality printing of labels in retail, manufacturing, transportation & logistics and healthcare in mind. To better meet the varying needs of each work area, Zebra offers it in direct thermal, thermal transfer, healthcare (ZD621-HC) and RFID (ZD621R) models. All of the model variants achieve a maximum print speed of 203 mm/sec. at 203 dpi resolution or 152 mm/sec. at 300 dpi.
Simple, convenient operation is ensured by the easy-to-use 4.3" full-colour LCD touch display with intuitive menu navigation (standard on the healthcare and RFID models or optional on the direct thermal and thermal transfer models). Three additional operating keys and five integrated LEDs for status display additionally simplify the handling of the ZD621. Other features of the sustainable desktop printer include an optional battery function, 256 MB SDRAM and 512 MB flash. The movable media sensor ensures high flexibility and enables almost free media selection. Plus, the ZD621's wide range of interfaces makes it easy to integrate and connect with wired or wireless networks. Direct connection to a PC running Windows, Android or iOS is also possible. The interfaces include USB 2.0, a USB host, Ethernet, serial, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and NFC. Optionally available are Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.1. The ZD621 is supported by the innovative tools of the Link-OS-based Print DNA Software Suite. These include the PrintSecure security tool and the Printer Profile Manager Enterprise management tool. Via Virtual Devices, printer languages are emulated which are normally associated with other printer brands.
