Specifically aimed at applications involving gloss or semi-gloss label media, the ColorWorks C7500G Series redefines endurance and reliability for high-speed colour label printing. It utilises a new PrecisionCore printhead that has been developed for use in the commercial-grade, industrial labelling market. Manufacturers can now reliably and cost-effectively meet their in-house labelling needs with outstanding speed and quality.
The new PrecisionCore printhead is the key component behind the high performance and high reliability of the ColorWorks C7500G Series. Unlike heat-based inkjet systems, PrecisionCore uses the power of micro-mechanical piezo elements to fire the ink droplets and because it’s not applying any heat, the printhead is permanent and doesn’t need replacing.
Prints are much more hardwearing with Epson’s pigment ink, which sits on the surface of the media and is highly resistant to light, water, humidity and the ozone thanks to the ink resin protective layer. In addition, the ColorWorks C7500G, uses UltraChrome DL pigment inks for improved performance on gloss and semi-gloss label stocks.

The OKIPRO-1040-PRINTER4 colour label and tag printer is equipped with unique one piece toner/drum units and is available in two models a CYMK for full process colour labels and tags and a CYMK + W version with an additional white station.
By printing white first then colours its possible to print highly colourful images over the white to bring extra sparkle to your labels and tags as well as having the ability to print on almost any label material including clear and pre-coloured label media and getting amazing results.
The OKIPRO-1040-PRINTER4 has print speeds of 2.3 ” (58 mm), 4 ” (102 mm) and 6″ (152 mm) per second so you the labels you need in colour labels in a matter of minutes, while the 4.95 ” (126 mm) print width means that you can print a large range of label shapes and sizes.
The OKIPRO-1040-PRINTER4 prints text, photos, logos and barcodes at 1200 dpi print imaging quality using proven LED deposited Electrographic toner with final heat fusing to give a highly durable label print finish.
The printer is Windows compatible for use with any PC label design and print program you wish. You can also use our fully supported BarTender label design and print software with variable data printing and printing form a product list.
The OKI Pro can’t bleed to edge on pre-cut labels so allow 2mm unprinted border. For bleed to edge we make the labels with waste left on as a border with black registration marks to the rear, then use the optional combined stripper rewinder to prepare labels with full bleed ready for hand or machine apply.
