About Epson C4000e Series- an innovative, very reliable label printer with bulk ink tanks for low cost per print and ultra high quality labels. With auto Guillotine cut-off included to cut off each label or strip of labels as printed or use the optional powered printed roll rewinder to make neat rolls that can be hand applied or used in our optional dispensers or label applicators to speed up label apply.
Specifically aimed at applications wanting high quality label printing,
the ColorWorks C4000e(ecertified for Europe markets) series redefines endurance and reliability for high-speed colour label printing.
The new printers utilise the Epson PrecisionCore printhead developed for use in the commercial industrial labelling market and already a proven winner in the C7500 and C6000 series models.
But as in C6000 the C4000 print head scans across the label in multiple overlapping passes so to lay down an increased pixels density for that ultra high quality label printing.
Industrial, distribution and retail users can now reliably and cost-effectively meet their in-house labelling needs matching the quality of digital commercial presses costing hundreds of thousands of pounds.
Label prints are hard wearing with Epson's pigment ink are highly resistant to light, water, humidity and oxidisation thanks to the inks resin protective layer. Note there are two models with different ink types, the C4000BK ink is best for gloss labels and the C4000MK is best for matt labels.
