The AG2000 is definitely the most cost-efficient print & apply solution around for optimising end-of-line labelling process as it offers high flexibility, extreme durability and ease-of-use at a low cost. This system has been developed to print and apply labels onto moving boxes and products that are being transported on a conveyor. It utilises a roll-on applicator head which can allow for the labelling of irregular shaped objects as well. In order to provide a ready-to-use and easy installable solution, Godex offers all items you need to complete your system. The AG2000 systems can be used with a number of different Godex printers including the EZi and ZX 4inch width printers depending on the printhead dpi required and the conveyor line speed.
The AG3000T systems match the ZX1000i printer series with high end pneumatic tamp applicatorsfor printing and applying labels on demand. They come with standard applicator heads of either 60mm x 60mm or 100mm x 100mm and can handle any label size from 20mm x 20mm up to 100mm x 200mm with customised heads. Though typically used to label non-moving items on intermittent conveyor systems, in robotised processes or manual workflows they will also label moving items accurately. Various options are available to tune the AG3000T/AG3000-LS to your particular needs.

AG3000T – List price £6,830 Delivers an effective stroke of 170mm (total stroke 300mm)
AG3000T-LS – List price £7,308 Delivers an effective stroke of 370mm (total stroke 500mm)
Thanks to a special return it can have variable geometry, with the reel housing in two possible positions or even remoted.
• 120mm / 4.72†label liner maximum width • ideal for installation inside any packaging machine • indipendent control unit which can be located wherever most practical for the operator (cable length: 3 metres / 9.84 feet)
Very easy to use thanks to all the controls being concentrated in a single panel including 3 multiturn potentiometers (with blocking device) to adjust:
• dispensing speed • label position on the peeler (advance dispensing) • labeling point (application delay) removing the need for manual movement of the product detection sensor.
In addition, a luminous button is available for “single shot†dispensing and alarm resetting. Basic 120 can grow on the base of the customer needs. Substituting the control unit only, the labeler is upgradable to the Dynamic model.
• 80mm / 3.15†label liner maximum width • built on a solid aluminium alloy casting. A safe and most robust machine, designed to last over time • large diameter reel housing for very long duration • expansion rewinder mandrel • independent motorized rewinder • Advanced control unit, which is independent and can be located wherever most practical for the operator (cables length 3 metres / 9.84 feet) • advance loop unwinder • 3 brushless motors
