The Arca solution for easy opening of shrink wrapped packets. Pulling the self adhesive label, the user can quickly free the contents from the plastic wrapping, without getting dirty or contaminating the product

Very easy to use thanks to all the controls being concentrated in a single panel including 3 multiturn potentiometers (with blocking device) to adjust:
• dispensing speed • label position on the peeler (advance dispensing) • labeling point (application delay) removing the need for manual movement of the product detection sensor.
In addition, a luminous button is available for “single shot†dispensing and alarm resetting. Basic 120 can grow on the base of the customer needs. Substituting the control unit only, the labeler is upgradable to the Dynamic model.
The AG3000T systems match the ZX1000i printer series with high end pneumatic tamp applicatorsfor printing and applying labels on demand. They come with standard applicator heads of either 60mm x 60mm or 100mm x 100mm and can handle any label size from 20mm x 20mm up to 100mm x 200mm with customised heads. Though typically used to label non-moving items on intermittent conveyor systems, in robotised processes or manual workflows they will also label moving items accurately. Various options are available to tune the AG3000T/AG3000-LS to your particular needs.

The AG1000F is a high end but affordable semi-automatic applicator capable of applying labels onto a vast range of cylindric products with diameters ranging from 20mm up to 120mm.
Attached to a GoDEX printer of the ZX1000i series it forms a perfect print & apply solution for medium-sized breweries, wineries, butchers, manufacturers of cosmetics, contract packers and others who produce or distribute products in jars, cans, pots and bottles.
Thanks to its innovative design the AG1000F is probably the most versatile of its kind, as well as extremely user-friendly.
Adjusting it to a given product is a matter of minutes, if not seconds.
Special optional stoppers and stopper bars enable fast and secure labelling of odd shaped products and with the optional sensor bottles can be labelled on two sides.
