The APLEX4 label applicator is a low cost, automatic label printing and application system that combines high performance and cost effectiveness. Suitable for a wide variety of industrial and manufacturing based environments due to its design, performance, and low cost of ownership. The APLEX4 is designed for use alongside the B-EX4T series of industrial printers, to enable simple integration into any production line. This truly plug and play solution can handle production levels of up to 30 labels per minute and is available in resolutions of 200, 300 and 600dpi.The APLEX4 is designed to support all types of industrial environments, adapting easily to existing production lines.
The EASYLINER is a competitively priced, efficient print and apply machine which is easy to use for any operator. It is lightweight and has a small footprint allowing it to be integrated into many production lines. The print engine that is supplied is the SATO LT408 which governs the maximum print speed and media width. Built around a solid anodized aluminium alloy plate, with all the components protected by the rear metal shell, the EASYLINER is a safe and robust machine designed to be reliable and hardwearing over many years.

Very easy to use thanks to all the controls being concentrated in a single panel including 3 multiturn potentiometers (with blocking device) to adjust:
• dispensing speed • label position on the peeler (advance dispensing) • labeling point (application delay) removing the need for manual movement of the product detection sensor.
In addition, a luminous button is available for “single shot†dispensing and alarm resetting. Basic 120 can grow on the base of the customer needs. Substituting the control unit only, the labeler is upgradable to the Dynamic model.
